Kiarno Academic & Sports Champion Kiarno age 9 has been a Junior Mentor with Options 4 Change for 2 years. His end of year school report showed continuous improvements in all areas of his studies with very high achievements. Kiarno is a very confident, positive person who concerns himself about the well-being and welfare of his peers and others.Kiarno visited the House of Commons last year with a group of Options 4 Change's Youth Mentors. He confidently asked the host Minister of the visit about what the government are doing to help homeless people living on the streets. Sports is Kiarno's passion. He has won many 100 meters sprints and swims like a fish in the deep end.

Congratulations to Theodore for graduating from the University of London and London Schools of Economics with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Finance.
Theodore has excelled in his academic achievement from the onset at Secondary School where his Headmaster described him as "a natural born Scientist".
During his one-year internship with an international electronics company, Theodore worked on a Management Team involved with aircraft engineering and inspections.
He has further advanced and is currently studying for his Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University College of London. Theodore is also the Managing Director of Streamline Empire founded in 2008. This is an events and promotions business. Through Streamline Empire, he has managed and promoted initiatives, such as "All About Stilettos‟, and "Mr. and Mrs. Runway‟ (a national and annual modeling competition).
Theodore was recognised for his achievements with an Award for Academic Excellence from the Options 4 Change Chairman, Dr. Smarajit-Roy. He has played an active role with Options 4 Change contributing his time as a Mentor for he past five years to motivate his peers to achieve.

Success Is The Best Congratulations to our Junior Mentor Dennis, age 8 who continues to excel in his studies. His successes to date includes; receiving the Head Teacher's award for leadership, his appointment as school Counsellor with playground supervision responsibilities and of course excelling in his studies and achieving many recognition for his achievements. Dennis received an award at our recent Parent Empowerment Conference from Dr Smarjit Roy, Chair of Options 4 Change for leadership and education. achievements.

Laurette has her mind focused on graduation day when she qualifies as an Architect on a BSc Degree with the University of East London. She inspires to Options 4 Change mission statement: "Changing Minds and Lives for Better".
She has volunteered with the organisation as a Mentor, Photographer and Events Co-ordinator. She is passionate about young people having real chances leading to meaningful and worthwhile opportunities.
Her earlier experiences with some Lecturers to try and dissuade her proved no deterrent, as her creativity and passion pushed through where she is now in her final studies to become a qualified Architect (Royal Institute of British of Architects). Albeit, she had already achieved top grades with her GCSEs and A Levels. Her vision and aptitude have proven transferable skills within her volunteering and mentorship capacity with Options 4 Change and her own experience a drive to help others
She has won numerous sporting athletics medals for 100m sprint and relay, netball and football, which she still has a passion for.
Laurette's photographic work has been engaged by Options 4 Change to document various events for press and promotion, ranging from fashion shows and other initiatives. This has been combined with her other diverse roles, such as Director and Founder of Style and Go (a mobile beauty and fashion business).
Laurette remains much focused on youth issues and hopes that her work with Options 4 Change, as a Volunteer and Mentor, will empower her peers to "aim high and achieve more". Graduation in her Architect studies is looking in 2012 and just around the corner.
