Outreach Services Our team of Outreach Officers work in-house and in communities providing key contact services to enable and empower young people to: ~Achieve their social aspirations ~Address personal and peer challenges hindering their personal growth ~Dis-engage themselves from dysfunctional environments related to gangs and social disorder issues ~Join our specialist programmes to further their efforts to secure training and employment. ~Train to become volunteers in mentoring, dance and drama projects focused on youths finding their own solutions to their problems ~Aim high and achieve more through academic and creative initiatives. Parents are supported to understand youth culture and lifestyles in British society. Our Parent and community seminars have a typical ‘Back to Basics’ theme of supporting parents to develop their parenting skills and effectively engage with professionals working with their children. Crisis intervention support surgeries are held in a number of community settings to allow easy access to our outreach services.
